Eastern tales have always captivated readers with their mysteries, wealth, and wonders. These stories carry profound meaning, teaching us kindness, courage, and nobility. Within such tales, one might encounter cunning merchants, magical genies, wise sages, beautiful maidens, and brave young men.
The play "Aladdin" tells the story of a young man whose tender love for a princess helps him overcome all obstacles. The characters in our tale aren't divided into strictly good or evil; they are all rather charming, simply caught in a conflict of interests. But only a person with a kind heart will enter the treasure cave, and happiness will be granted to those who love sincerely.
This performance combines shadow theater with a sand show. Puppet shadows come to life on a large screen, with a background created in real-time using sand animation. Imagine: castles and palm trees rise before your eyes, and a bustling market square transforms into a dungeon within a minute. The actor works behind a semi-transparent screen, allowing the audience to witness how the puppet comes alive in the master's hands. The fine line between fairy tale and reality is effortlessly blurred when the actor steps out from behind the screen and addresses the audience. Now, not only the puppets but also the viewers can influence the events of the play. Without the help of the children, the main characters will find it hard to achieve their happiness. The inclusion of interactive elements and audience engagement provides a fertile ground for improvisation and humor, which in this performance is always fresh and lively.
For children aged 6 to 10.
Duration of the performance: 45 minutes.
