The International Festival of harp traditions of the peoples of the world is back in Almaty! This time it's at the BUNKER art shelter.
A big concert of the international band "11 hours" under the direction of Mark Grauden, a musician from San Francisco (USA), awaits you. Together with other members of the band from Moscow, Yakutsk and Bishkek, "11 hours" performs original compositions and arrangements of traditional melodies of different peoples on several harps, in combination with other folklore instruments.
In addition, musicians from different countries will perform solo performances and joint improvisations at the concert. You will hear traditional melodies of the Turkic world - Kazakh, Kyrgyz and Sakha people, as well as Russian tunes and Norwegian dance compositions.
And all this will be played by professional musicians on one of the oldest and most interesting instruments in the world!
