Description
We invite you to immerse yourself in the world of African music at a special concert by Boris Ushakov’s African Drumming School and the band Djemberia.
Drums are much more than musical instruments. Their rhythms accompany work and celebrations, mark important moments in life, bring people together, and help preserve connections between generations.
The first part of the evening will feature a live concert with drums and other traditional instruments, introducing you to their unique sounds and the musical traditions of West Africa.
You’ll also have a chance to pick up an African drum yourself, try playing it, and feel the rhythm from within.
At our small themed market, you’ll find vibrant accessories to add an African touch to your look.
The evening will culminate in a big live jam, bringing musicians and the audience together in one shared rhythm. Dance, move, or simply listen and feel the music.
Don’t just come to watch. Become part of the rhythm!
