Two women find themselves in an unfamiliar space.
Who brought them here? What are the rules of this place? Is it possible to leave it? And most importantly: does a person have a choice if all possible options are already provided by someone?
"Striptease" is the author's interpretation of the play of the same name by Slavomir Mrozek. At the center of the production is the theme of the illusion of choice and the gradual transformation of a person into a part of a system whose laws cannot be understood or changed.
The performance does not offer the viewer ready-made answers. It becomes a conversation about freedom and power, submission and resistance, responsibility and the price of one's own choice.
The creators define the genre of the production in an unusual way: "performance abuse".

Almaty Autumn is an annual chamber theater festival that unites independent theater groups and audiences on one stage. For several days, the theaters present their performances, get acquainted with each other's works and participate in the competition program. The festival becomes a space for creative dialogue, new theatrical forms and meeting with the audience.
