1.1. The event is strictly ticket entry only.

1.2. Tickets for the concert in Almaty are to be purchased at kino.kz or via Halyk app – kino.kz tab.

1.3. Per the organizer’s policies, there are no refunds for any of the tickets.

1.4. The customer obtains an electronic ticket in their personal account after making a purchase. The ticket serves as a document confirming the purchase and includes all the required information.

1.5. For security reasons, the ticket will automatically show the QR code needed to get entry to the event 48 hours prior to the concert.

1.6. Only one individual can use a single QR code.

1.7. Purchase limit: each order may contain a maximum of 10 tickets.

1.8. At 3 p.m., the event area will open for entry. To avoid lines and pass the security check area, it is advised to arrive early.

2.1. The area around Central Stadium is devoid of parking lots.

2.2. We strongly recommend not to use personal vehicles to attend the event. We suggest using: public transportation (subway, buses, taxis).

3.1. People over the age of twelve are allowed to attend the show.

3.2. Persons aged 12 to 16 are allowed to attend the event only when accompanied by an adult and only if they have a seating ticket. (ticket is required for minors, you must have documents with you).

3.3. Access to the standing area (VIP Standing, Fan zone, Dance floor) is allowed only from the age of 16.

3.4. Persons aged 16 years or older can attend the concert with a ticket and ID card.

3.5. Security officers have the right to request a document confirming age, payment and other details of the ticket purchase. In the absence of such a document, access to the concert may be denied.

3.6. Baby strollers are prohibited to be brought and placed on the territory of the stadium. Please do not bring them with you – it will be impossible to leave them at the entrance.

4.1. The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue of the event:

– alcoholic beverages;

– narcotic and psychotropic substances;

– glass and metal containers;

– any kind of weapons, including gas cans;

– pyrotechnics, lasers, flares, signal devices;

– food and drinks;

– professional photo, video and audio equipment (without prior written permission of the organizers);

– animals, including dogs, regardless of muzzles and documents;

– baby strollers, scooters, skateboards, bicycles and other means of transportation;

– bulky objects, posters, flags, banners, horns and objects blocking the view of other spectators;

– large bags, backpacks, suitcases and sports bags. Only compact bags not exceeding A4 size are allowed.

5.1. All visitors are subject to mandatory security check upon entry.

5.2. Security personnel have the right to refuse entry to persons who violate the rules or pose a threat to others.

5.3. Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs or toxicological substances will not be allowed to enter.

5.4. Visitors are obliged to observe public order, treat other guests, performers, staff and security service with respect.

6.1. Smoking in the stadium territory is prohibited.

7.1. Staying with animals is prohibited.

8.1. In case of deterioration of health it is necessary to contact the medical personnel on duty, who will be on the territory of the stadium.

8.2. The organizers are not responsible for exacerbation of chronic diseases, injuries, individual reactions and other health conditions that occurred before, during or after the event.

8.3. Attendance at the concert is at the visitor’s request and under their personal responsibility.

9.1. The organizers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, damage to property, or other damages resulting from violation of these rules.

9.2. Violation of the rules may result in removal from the event without compensation or refund of the ticket price.

9.3. By purchasing a ticket, the visitor confirms having read these rules and undertakes to comply with them.
