RULES FOR ATTENDING FIRST FEST x MAHMUT ORHAN 2026

These rules have been established to ensure order, safety, and a comfortable experience for all guests attending the event. By purchasing a ticket, each visitor confirms their agreement with the terms and conditions outlined below.

  1. Entry, Tickets & Vouchers

    1. Entry to the event is permitted strictly with a valid ticket.

    2. Tickets for the Almaty festival are available via kino.kz and the Halyk app.
    3. All tickets are non-refundable in accordance with the organizer’s policy.
    4. After purchase, guests receive an electronic ticket available in their personal account. The ticket contains all necessary information and serves as a voucher confirming the purchase.
    5. One ticket is valid for one person only.
    6. Purchase limit: no more than 10 tickets per person.
    7. Entrance to the event venue in Almaty and Aktau will open at 5:00 PM, and in Astana at 19:30 PM. Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive early to comfortably pass through the security screening area and avoid queues.
  2. Transportation & Parking

    1. We recommend avoiding the use of personal vehicles when attending the event. Guests are encouraged to use public transportation, including метро, buses, and taxis.
  3. Age Restrictions & Minors

    1. Attendance at the festival in Almaty and Aktau is strictly permitted for guests aged 16 and over, and in Astana for guests aged 21 and over. The purchase of VIP tickets and access to the Lounge area are strictly limited to persons aged 21 and over.
    2. Security personnel reserve the right to request identification confirming age, proof of payment, and other ticket purchase details. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denied entry.
  4. Prohibited Items

    1. The following items are strictly prohibited on the event premises:
  • alcoholic beverages;
  • narcotic and psychotropic substances;
  • glass, plastic, or metal containers/bottles;
  • weapons of any kind, including pepper spray and gas canisters;
  • pyrotechnics, lasers, flares, signal devices;
  • folding chairs and stools;
  • professional photo, video, or audio equipment without prior written approval from the organizers;
  • animals of any kind, including dogs, regardless of leashes, muzzles, or documentation;
  • baby strollers, scooters, skateboards, bicycles, and other personal transport devices;
  • bulky items, posters, flags, banners, horns, or objects obstructing the view of other guests;
  • large bags, backpacks, suitcases, and sports bags. Only compact bags not exceeding A4 size are permitted.
  1. Security, Conduct & Screening

    1. All visitors are subject to mandatory security screening upon entry.
    2. Security personnel reserve the right to deny entry to individuals violating the rules or posing a threat to others.
    3. Entry will be denied to individuals under the influence of alcohol, наркотических средств, or toxic substances.
    4. Guests are expected to maintain public order and treat fellow visitors, artists, staff, and security personnel with respect.
  2. Health & Medical Assistance

    1. In case of feeling unwell, guests should immediately contact on-site medical staff stationed throughout the venue.
    2. The organizers are not responsible for the aggravation of chronic illnesses, injuries, individual physical reactions, or other health conditions occurring before, during, or after the event.
    3. Attendance at the festival is voluntary and at the visitor’s own personal risk.
  3. Liability & Final Provisions

    1. The organizers are not responsible for lost personal belongings, property damage, or any other harm resulting from violations of these rules.
    2. Violation of the rules may result in removal from the event without compensation or ticket refund.
    3. By purchasing a ticket, the visitor confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these rules.
