During the promotion, the Museum of Ice Cream and Sweets' standard programs will not be available. Guests will enjoy a special Halloween-themed program.
We recommend arriving at the museum 10–15 minutes before your selected tour.
What is included?
- The 5,500 ₸ ticket includes:
- Halloween-themed guided tour - up to 60 minutes;
- Access to the museum's themed areas;
- Access to the play zone;
- Up to 6 gelato flavors, including special Halloween flavors;
- Soft serve ice cream;
- Fried ice cream;
- Unlimited ice cream servings after the tour.
Unlimited ice cream rules
Unlimited ice cream is available after the guided tour.
Each participant receives a special wristband confirming their access to the unlimited ice cream offer.
One visit = one small serving of one type of ice cream.
One gelato tasting portion is approximately 30–40 g.
Once the previous portion has been finished, guests may receive another one. There is no limit to the number of visits.
Guests may choose their favorite flavors repeatedly.
Multiple portions cannot be taken at the same time.
Ice cream cannot be placed in personal containers or taken away.
The unlimited offer is personal to the ticket holder and wristband holder and cannot be transferred to another guest.
Up to 6 gelato flavors are available. Flavors and availability may change throughout the day.
Halloween masterclasses
Regular museum masterclasses will not be available during the promotion.
Instead, special Halloween-themed masterclasses will be offered.
Masterclasses are not included in the 5,500 ₸ ticket and are paid for separately. Places are limited.
Children under 3
Children under 3 years old may enter free of charge when accompanied by an adult with a valid 5,500 ₸ ticket.
Each child under 3 must be accompanied by one adult with a valid ticket.
Important
- One ticket is valid for one visitor.
- Tickets and wristbands are personal and cannot be transferred.
- Unlimited ice cream is available only during the guest's visit and on the promotion dates.
- Ice cream from the promotion cannot be taken away.
