3 DAYS OF UNLIMITED ICE CREAM
On September 25, 26 and 27, the Ice Cream and Sweets Museum invites children and adults to a special event — 3 Days of Unlimited Ice Cream!
Enjoy a guided museum tour and discover the world of ice cream. After the tour, guests can enjoy unlimited gelato, soft-serve ice cream and fried ice cream, as well as the museum’s play area.
Ticket price - 4,500 KZT per person.
Event Program
1. Guided Tour - up to 60 minutes.
Your visit begins with a guided tour of the Ice Cream and Sweets Museum. Guests will discover the history of ice cream, learn interesting facts about this favorite dessert and explore the museum exhibits.
2. Unlimited Ice Cream.
After the guided tour, the sweetest part of the program begins:
- Up to 6 gelato flavors
- Soft-serve ice cream
- Fried ice cream
- Unlimited refills/servings
3. Play Area.
After the tour, guests can enjoy the museum’s play area, take photos and continue tasting ice cream.
4. Workshops - optional.
Guests may also participate in additional museum workshops. Workshops are not included in the ticket price and can be purchased separately at the museum ticket desk.
What's included in the 4,500 KZT ticket
Museum admission, a guided tour of up to 60 minutes, up to 6 gelato flavors, soft-serve ice cream, fried ice cream, unlimited servings after the tour, and access to the play area.
The time shown on your ticket is the start time of the guided tour. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time.
Event Terms & Rules:
Each participant receives a special wristband or sticker upon entry. Unlimited ice cream is available only to guests with a valid ticket and only while they are inside the museum.
One visit to the serving station = one small tasting portion. The recommended gelato serving is approximately 30–40 g. Once the previous serving has been finished, the guest may return for another one. There is no limit on the number of visits to the serving station.
Guests may not take several servings at once, fill their own containers, or take ice cream away from the museum. The unlimited offer is dine-in only.
Up to 6 gelato flavors will be available. The selection and availability of individual flavors may change throughout the day.
Important Information
Ticket price - 4,500 KZT per person.
A separate ticket is required for every guest aged 3 and over, including children and accompanying adults.
Children under 3 years old are admitted free of charge, provided that the accompanying adult has purchased a 4,500 KZT ticket.
One ticket = one guest.
Optional workshops are not included in the ticket price and can be purchased separately at the museum ticket desk.
The number of tickets available for each time slot is limited.
