Ticket Refund Policy
Tickets may be refunded under the following conditions:
• If a refund request is submitted 14 days or more before the event date, 100% of the ticket price will be refunded.
• If a refund request is submitted less than 14 days before the event date, the refund will be issued minus a penalty fee equal to 30% of the ticket price.
• No refunds will be issued on the day of the event or after the event has taken place.
Please note that in the event of cancellation or postponement initiated by the organizer, the full ticket price will be refunded regardless of the date the refund request is submitted.
