Description
Red Bull SoundClash is a musical clash between two artists. This epic musical battle takes place over four intense rounds. In these distinct rounds artists are pushed to their creative limits as they compete for the crowd’s favour.
What are the rules?
The Warm Up: To kick off the event and get the crowd ready for the spectacle that’s to come, both artists perform some of their biggest hits to make sure everyone is moving and in full voice.
The Cover: Both artists cover the same song, adding their own personal flavour.
The Takeover: Each artist performs a version of one of their rival’s tracks in their own style. Artist A will begin playing one of their songs and then at the halfway point Artist B will “Takeover” the song, finishing it in their own style.
The Clash: Both sides perform three of their own songs, but there’s a twist; each track must be played in a style far removed from the artists’ usual sound.
The Wildcard:
The climax of the show where artists really pull out all the stops, each side flexes their connections by inviting surprise guests on stage to blow the audience away.
Once the final note has been played, it’s up to the crowd to decide who will reign victorious.
