Last Summer Night: Almaty Through the 2000s There is music that takes you back from the very first notes. There is a city that can never be forgotten. And there are evenings you wish you could experience all over again.
Last Summer Night celebrates the spirit of Almaty during the 2000s.
On September 12, Mukhtar Auezov Stadium will once again come alive with the soundtrack of those unforgettable years.
Not to revisit the past - but to relive the feeling. The early 2000s would be impossible to imagine without SuperStar KZ the television phenomenon that introduced dozens of new artists to audiences across Kazakhstan.
Taking the stage will be Makpal Isabekova and Kairat Tuntekov, whose songs became the soundtrack of an entire generation.
DJ Nurbergen Makhambetov, one of the icons of Almaty’s nightlife, widely known as the "Mayor of Nightlife in Almaty," will also perform.
Joining him is DJ Sniper, a legend of the city's club scene. His sets were the soundtrack to countless unforgettable nights, filling dance floors across Almaty throughout the 2000s.
Also performing are Sholpan Tulegenova (former lead vocalist of the group Domino) and Ivan Breusov (member of the group 101).
The festival's biggest surprise will be its secret headliner, whose identity will be revealed on August 1. Until then, tickets are available at the lowest price. Once the headliner is announced, ticket prices will increase.
The evening will open with DJ Abai Luck, who will set the mood for an unforgettable night from the very first minutes.
A spectacular modern light show, premium-quality sound, the sunset over Almaty, the music everyone loves, and thousands of people united by the same memories will come together to create one unforgettable evening.
Last Summer Night is a chance to return, if only for a few hours, to the Almaty we all remember. Last Summer Night the music of a time we’ll never forget.
