Description
Writing workshops with Jandos Azerbay for emerging and developing writers. You can join independently even if you are not taking the main Fiction Writing Course. Authors submit a text in advance and receive feedback from the instructor and group; listeners read participants’ work and contribute to the discussion. The workshop helps writers see their work through other readers’ eyes, understand what is working on the page, and identify possible directions for further development. Open to prose, play, and screenplay writers.

Language: English. Texts for discussion may be submitted in either English or Russian.
There are two ways to participate: as an author or as a listener. Authors must submit an excerpt of their work (up to 5,000 words or 1–3 chapters) to learning@tselinny.org no later than two days before the workshop. Participants are also required to review the texts to be discussed at the meeting in advance.
