Ecstatic Dance is a unique form of dance practice where you don’t need to know how to dance, master specific steps, or live up to anyone’s expectations. There is no judgment here only freedom of movement, a connection with your body, and the opportunity to experience and express your emotions through dance.
This evening, the space will be filled with the energy of the New Moon a time for setting new intentions, inner renewal, and the start of a new cycle.
What to expect:
- A two-hour musical journey by DJ Keytra
- Live ethnic instruments and improvisation by Kai Dreamtime
- A meditative opening to gently ease into the experience
- Mesmerizing visual projections
- Aroma bar featuring natural essential oils
- A space filled with beautiful, open, and conscious people
The music will guide you through various states: from calm and relaxation to energy, catharsis, and a sense of true freedom.
